Aftercare Programs

Our Aftercare Programs are designed to meet individual needs of those who have completed Inpatient or Intensive Therapy at other facilities. The process begins with an evaluative assessment, including a SASSI-3 (Substance Abuse Subtle Screen Inventory), additional ASAM criterion instruments, including a clinical interview. This individualized, evaluative assessment determines which program (if any) will be recommended for treatment. Other designed treatment recommendations, including individual clinical sessions, may be made.

The 6-month Intensive Outpatient Program

The 6-month Intensive Outpatient Program Is an intense short-term clinically therapeutic program designed to positively affect the client’s sobriety, teach the participant skills to last a lifetime and to further introduce the client to the 12 Step program philosophies. Anyone enrolling in this program commits to initially spending 3 hours per night, 3 nights per week for the first 5 weeks, then pending completed assignments, the participant would transition to 2 nights per week for 4 weeks, then 1 time per week for 4 weeks, then one 90 minute aftercare session for the remainder of the 6 months.

The 18-month Intensive Outpatient Program

The 18-month Intensive Outpatient Program is designed to be as close as possible to an inpatient program; the intent being a clinically therapeutic program designed to affect the client’s long term sobriety, teaching life skills which will last a lifetime. Anyone enrolling in this program commits to initially spending 3 hours per night, 3 nights per week for the first 10 weeks, then pending completed assignments, the participant would transition to 2 nights per week for 8 weeks, then 1 time per week for 8 weeks, then one 90 minute aftercare session for the remainder of the program.
